The Trump administration passed a bill overnight that reversed guidelines allowing students to have choice to use whichever bathroom they relate to.

Sec of Education Betsy DeVos adamantly opposes the decision saying. "We have a responsibility to protect every student in America. This is not merely a federal mandate but a moral obligation."

Attorney General, Jeff Sessions says, "The Department of Justice has a duty to enforce the law... remains committed to to its protections of all students including LGBT students."
